Attitude of faith #faithintheword

And since we have the same spirit of faith, according to what is written, “I believed and therefore I spoke,”we also believe and therefore speak, Therefore we do not lose heart. Even though our outward man is perishing, yet the inward man is being renewed day by day. For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, is working for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory, while we do not look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen. For the things which are seen are temporary, but the things which are not seen are eternal.—2 Corinthians 4:13,16-18

Attitude is everything in life! One minister said your attitude determined your altitude in life! We need to season our attitude with faith. Believing and living our lives upon unseen values and convictions God has revealed to us through is Word should be the mainstay of our lives. The unseen promises of God are unchanging but the facts around us can change with faith in God.

Believing and speaking goes hand in hand. When your heart is full of promises then your mouth will be speaking the answers to your situations. If your heart is full of problems then you will have negative talk. You can locate where you are with a media recorder. I am not suggesting you try it but do examine your confession. What are you saying about your life, your problems, your needs, and your future?

Do you remember the story of Joshua and Caleb? They had a spirit of faith on them. Their attitude about the giants they faced in the land of promise was on of “we can!” Even at the age of eighty Caleb said regarding his own inheritance, ” give me this mountain,” He never lost that Spirit of faith and neither should we. Never retire from a lifestyle of faith, always keep moving forward for God’s plan for your life. When you do you will always find mountains to overcome and people to minister to!
